Human Rights School "UKUK"

Why is the project important?
The UKUK School of Human Rights is the national program for education and awareness in the field of human rights and their protection in Kyrgyzstan.

The school conducts a comprehensive training program for young human rights defenders, civic activists to improve their professional skills and knowledge, and also seeks to identify and support young people who are concerned about the human rights situation in Kyrgyzstan, but who do not know how they could participate in human rights activities. Since 2019, the UKUK Human Rights School brings together young people, youth organizations and groups involved in human rights activities.

This event is held annually.
