BRIDGE: Bridge between Europe and Asia - Synergy
Why is the project important?
The aim of the project is to build cooperation between young entrepreneurs from Europe and Asia by increasing the capacity of youth organizations in expanding the economic opportunities of youth and developing youth entrepreneurship.
Project Objectives:
- Create an online platform for the exchange of experience, know-how in the field of entrepreneurship between young entrepreneurs from Europe and Asia, which will establish business relations and create space for building international partnerships and planning future cooperation in business and the social sphere.
- To increase the capacity of youth organizations to empower youth.
- Stimulate the creation of intercountry social and business projects
- Find, develop and strengthen the synergy that comes from intercontinental cooperation between young entrepreneurs
- Disseminate patterns of social entrepreneurship in Asian local communities.
As part of the project, 20 young people from 7 regions of the country were trained in the basics of youth entrepreneurship. The Institute increased its potential and became a member of the international informal network of youth organizations working to expand economic opportunities and develop youth entrepreneurship. The organization’s employees and project beneficiaries took part in a number of international events: an installation meeting in Indonesia, trainings in Turkey, an exchange visit to Poland. In 2019, China will host the International Summit "Opportunities for Youth Entrepreneurship and Cooperation in Europe and Asia", as well as the final meeting of the project in Slovenia.
