Youth Policy Support and Development Program in the Kyrgyz Republic

Why is the project important?

The aim of the project is to support and develop youth policy in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Project Objectives:
1. To develop and discuss the draft State Concept for the Development of Youth until 2030;
2. Institutionalize and hold the Republican Youth Congress of Kyrgyzstan, which will be an effective platform for communication between the state and youth;
3. To finalize the methodology and conduct the second stage of the implementation of the Index of well-being and youth development in the country;
4. Hold 2 meetings of the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (led by the supervising vice prime minister of the Kyrgyz Republic).

Project Duration:
From February 2018 to December 2018;
From January 2019 to December 2019.
