Institute for Youth Development conducts monitors of the quality and access to remote study of school students in the Kyrgyz Republic. Results of the monitoring will help improve the quality and availability of remote study.

Due to the threat of the spread of COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan, all students in the country's schools switched to distance learning for the entire period of the fourth quarter, which is started on April 8, 2020.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic has developed a plan for the organization of the educational process in remote form, however, despite this, the number of questions arise regarding the effectiveness, quality and accessibility of this form of study.

In this regard, Public Fund “Institute for Youth Development” initiates monitoring the access and quality of remote study for school students during the period of fourth quarter. Monitoring is carried out through a questionnaire of school students, their parents and teachers based on the complete anonymity of the respondents.

Institute for Youth Development encourages parents and students to take part in the questionnaire and, thus, contribute to the improvement of the distance learning system.
